The present study aims at identifying the optimicity of the educational consultants in Thi- Qar Govemorate.
The study community of the educational consultants is set in some of the primary, intermediate and secondary schools in directorate of Education in Thi- Qar The optimicity standard applied and constructed by the researcher after doing the psychometric features on an arbitrary sample that consists of 350 male and female consultants for the year 2016-2017.
The results show that the educational consultants enjoy a high degree of optimality.
