The current study aims at recognizing the beginning of the prosecution of national officers who are Nadhum Al-Tabaqalchy in the high military court on 21 of July in 1959 depending on the court sessions and what proofs presented by the witnesses and through what statements made by the accused and their defending of themselves, as well as what was the British embassy's role and position from these prosecutions.

They were affirmed guilty and sentenced to death on 20 of September in 1959.
