Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء العلاقة بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدراس الأساسية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان للأنماط القيادية التربوية و دافعية المعلمين نحو العمل، بحسب متغيرات الجنس، و التخصص، و عدد سنوات الخبرة.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و تم استخدام استبانتين، الأولى أنماط القيادة مكونة من (19) فقرة تغطي (النمط الديمقراطي، و النمط الأوتوقراطي، و النمط المتساهل) و الثانية الدافعية نحو العمل مكونة من (19) فقرة تغطي (المثابرة، و الطموح، و الإدارة) و تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها و تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (420) معلما ومعلمة.

و أظهرت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج كما يأتي: إن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان للأنماط القيادية من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت مرتفعة، و كذلك مستوى دافعية المعلمين نحو العمل.

و توجد علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين جميع مجالات مديري المدارس الأساسية الخاصة للنمط القيادي و مجالات مستوى دافعية المعلمين نحو العمل.

و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a≤0.05 (في درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمّان للأنماط القيادية تُعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والتخصص.

و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة لمستوى دافعية المعلمين نحو العمل في المدارس الأساسية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير الجنس، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى لمتغيرات التخصص و عدد سنوات الخبرة.

English Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the extent of exercising the educational leadership patterns among private schools' principals in the capital- Amman Governorate, and the motivation of the teachers towards work according to variables namely : gender, specialization and years of experience.

In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a descriptive method was used, as well as using two questionnaires.

The first one was the leadership styles consisting of (19) paragraphs covering : the democratic pattern, the autocratic style and the lenient mode.

The second questionnaire was motivation towards the work consisting of 19 paragraphs covering : perseverance and ambition, and verified its validity and consistency, and applied to a sample of (420) teachers.

The study showed a number of findings as follows : The level of exercising the leadership styles from the point of view of teachers for private schools principals in the capital Amman for was high, as well as the level of motivation for teachers to work.

There is a statistically significant positive correlation between all areas of primary school principals for leadership style and teachers' motivation levels to work.

There were statistically significant differences at the level of (0≤0.05) in the degree of practicing principals of private primary schools in the capital overnorate of Amman for leadership patterns due to gender and specialization variables.

There were also differences of statistical significance attributed to the variables of years of experience, and differences of statistical significance at the level of motivation teachers to work in private primary schools in the capital Amman from the perspective of teachers attributed to the gender variable, and the differences of statistical significance due to the variables of specialization and the years of experience.
