This study is an attempt to highlight the textual composition in the language of law register through an analytic vision of a basic binary that has played a vital role in the understanding the legal texts in terms of words and actions.

This binary is the about 'the cause and the effect' and the intellectual framework in which linking points between law and linguistics are arranged within the structural linguistics, which was established on the concept of openness of linguistic layout.
