Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء درجة ممارسة معلمي اللغة الانجليزية للتدريس البنائي للمرحلة الأساسية و اختبار دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات الحسابية لدرجة الممارسة وفقا لمتغيرات: الجنس، و الخبرة، و المؤهل العلمي، و السلطة المشرفة، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أستخدم منهج البحث الوصفي المسحي.
و قد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (189) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في المدارس الحكومية و الخاصة للمرحلة الأساسية في مديرية التربية و التعليم في لواء ناعور.
و قد طبقت استبانة مكونة من (40) فقرة على أفراد العينة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها.
و قد أشارت النتائج إلى أن درجة ممارسة معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية للتدريس البنائي كانت متوسطة، و لم تكن هنالك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 (a≤ في درجة ممارسة التدريس البنائي تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس و الخبرة والسلطة المشرفة، و لكن كانت هنالك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05≥ (aتعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح المعلمين من حملة الدراسات العليا و أوصى الباحث بتدريب معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية على توظيف الأفكار البنائية النظرية في التعلم داخل العرفة الصفية، و توفير مناخات دراسية لتسهيل تطبيق الممارسات البنائية داخل الصف.
English Abstract
The study aimed at investigating the degree of practicing constructive teaching by basic stage teachers in light of some variables in Naour, and to test the significance of differences between the main of the practicing degree according to sex, experience, academic qualification and supervising authority variables.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey methodology was used.
the sample of the study consisted of (189) male and female English teachers in public and private basic schools in the directorate of education in Naour.
A questionnaire included (40) items was applied on the sample subjects to collect date.
Its validity and reliability were assured.
The finding indicated that the degree of practicing constructive teaching by basic stag English teachers was medium.
There were no significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) in the degree of practicing constructive teaching by basic stag English teachers attributed to sex, experiences, authority.
But there were significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) attributed to academic qualification variable in favor of graduate studies teachers.
The researcher recommended to train English teachers on utilizing the constructive theatrical ideas in learning through teaching, and providing study climates to facilitate the applications of constructive practices in the classroom.
