Abstract EN

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the reality of administrative communication among primary stage teachers by identifying the dominant type of communication (ascending or descending).

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire and applied it to a random sample of 300 teachers from primary schools in Mostaganem.

After statistical processing of the data using the spss program, the following results were obtained: - The administrative descending is the dominant type among primary stage teachers.

- There are no statistically significant differences in the administrative communication due to gender and professional experience, while there are differences due to the age variable among primary school teachers.
