The research aims to identify the level of availability of the administrative requirements for the implementation of communication in general education schools in Sana'a, and ways to develop them in the light of electronic management, through monitoring and reality in the following themes ; (Material requirements – human technique requirements- administrative requirements), and to achieve the objectives of the research were to adopt a descriptive approach (analytical), and the research community are all principals of general education schools (basic - secondary) and the Secretariat of the capital Sanaa's (597) principals, The sample was selected randomly Statistics from various districts of the capital Sana'a, where he reached the sample size (186) principals, and the research found the following results: 1.
