Abstract EN

As Arab states witness conflicts, fights, wars and the increasing demands of achieving Democracy and social justice, failure of applying models transferred from foreign societies that differ in their social, political and cultural contexts, There is a need to study Good Governance From Islamic civilizational view to originate this concept ant ao analyze its foundations, bases, principles and its models through different Islamic ages starting form first Islamic Age in the age of Prophet Mohamed and the Rihteouse Caliphs.

They were unique models.

This study used historical and descriptive approach through analyzing historical literature to investigate the concept of the good governance, its nature, foundations, bases and models of applying it in different Islamic ages and to put a vision of how to appy the good govenence in Arab states and the requirements and means of applying this vision.
