Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the application degree of the academic councils tasks at Yarmouk University and its relationship To the achievement of university functions from the perspective of the teaching staff.

The study relied on a descriptive approach and study sample consisted of 505 faculty members.

The study found that the degree of application of the academic councils tasks at Yarmouk University from the standpoint of the faculty members came moderately, the degree of achievement of Yarmouk University functions from the perspective of faculty members came with a fair degree, and that there is positive correlation between the degree of application of the academic councils of their tasks and the achievement Yarmouk University functions from the perspective of faculty members.

The study recommended the need to make suggestions about the Students activities plans that should be practiced by the academic councils at the university.
