Abstract EN

This study aimed to measure employers attitudes towards disabled operation in Riyadh city depending on number of variables.

To achieve the study objectives descriptive analytical approach was used.

The main tool of the study was a measure where developed by the researcher.

The study sample consisted of (122) employers.

The study results showed that employers attitudes towards disabled operation in Riyadh city was more than the average and equal (70.45 % ), also the study results showed that the were no statistical significant differences between employers attitudes towards disabled operation in Riyadh city due to educational qualification, or experience, but the three were a differences due nature of work in favor of institutions of civil work.

In the light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommended the need to issue laws that help the disabled to hold positions and jobs in all governmental institutions, private and civil.
