Abstract EN

This study aims at developing new weaving Techniques in different areas of textile design weaving.

It attempts to exert new changes in styles, materials, yarns fibers, colors and computer aided techniques and applications.

Different tapestry works were prepared by painting-like techniques in terms of coloring.

Several tapestry techniques were also applied in a simple way using a low-cost portable weaving metal frame.

Coptic and modern tapestry techniques were adopted to emphasize its artistic values and beauty through different works.

The study generally shows that the art of weaving can mimic the smallest details of nature and express its marvelous beauty.

It also aims to show the diversity and richness of the local environment through different tribal portraiture works executed with the similar techniques to the abovementioned.

The Study Shows and Explain that fiber too can make their own distinctive pattern،followed by suggestions and conclusions.
