Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to identify the role of human resources in the implementation of the total quality management system of the Sudanese Petroleum Corporation.

Questionnaire was used as study a tool.

Analysis and a study was done.

Using the Statistical Program for Social Sciences SPSS.

The study population was (952) and the study was applied on a sample of (274) employees from different backgrounds and different levels in the organization and it returned (260) which was (94%) of the whole sample.

The study reached a set of results, the most important results are : The employees of the Sudanese Petroleum Corporation consider that the implementation of TQM in the institution is a collective responsibility not an individual responsibility, the employees of the Sudanese Petroleum Corporation are committed to using forms that designed to facilitate the business processes, the Sudanese Petroleum Corporation trains their employees regularly in their respective fields to improve their performance and evaluates the performance of the employees regularly once a year .

The study came out with many recommendations, the most important recommendations are: The Sudanese Petroleum Corporation shall ensure that the training process is followed up from the beginning until the end of the training ,The Sudanese Petroleum Corporation should review the improvement of the annual training plan quality and prepare a clear approach for the training plan improvement ,The Sudanese Petroleum Corporation must considers the comprehensive quality programs is important and must be included in training needs annually , The Sudanese Petroleum Corporation should review how it makes radical changes to the operations to ensure their effectiveness , The Sudanese Petroleum Corporation shall attention the internal audits and make it planned.
