Abstract EN

This paper is concerned with the hadith narrated by Anas bin Malik.

It deals with the level of this hadith, who has and who has not acted upon it.

The study also accounts for a number of important issues such as the scholars' views about the soundness and weakness of the hadith, whether it should be accepted, and most importantly, the case of breaking the fasting before embarking a journey.
