إن المتأمل للواقع الاجتماعي للمجتمع الجزائري حجم التغيرات التي مست أنساق بنائه الاجتماعي و الثقافي و القيمي و الفكري الاقتصادي و السياسي و التي انعكست بشكل و واضح على المستوى الفردي و الاجتماعي و حتى على منظومة القيم و على بنية الزواج و لعل من أبرز التغيرات التي مست بنية الزواج ظاهرة الطلاق إذ يعتبر الطلاق من الظواهر الاجتماعية لارتباطها الوثيق بحركة العلاقات الاجتماعية و التفاعل الاجتماعي السائدة بين الأفراد و الجماعات و التي تتحكم فيها مجموعة من العوامل و المؤثرات الداخلية و الخارجية.

The contemplation of the social reality of Algerian society is the extent of the changes in the structure of social, cultural, economic, intellectual, economic and political structure, which were clearly reflected on the individual and social level, and even on the value system and the structure of marriage.
