Abstract EN

This research entitled:" Woman's Right and its place in Islamic Civil Society; a study in the shadow of Quran and Sunnah".

It includes some magnificent issues, particularly, for new generation.

It consists from an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion.

The introduction involves the importance of subject, and its plane.

The first chapter talks about the two concepts: woman and family, then, the emergence of Islamic civil society.

The second chapter speaks about honoring woman in Islamic Sharia and her equality with man in principles of legislation.

Then, the third chapter speaks about the woman legislation rights in Islamic civil society.

Eventually, The researcher shows most important results and recommendation.

The paper denotes that woman in Islamic civil society has more rights in comparison with non- Islamic societies.
