Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the impact of strategic planning on the quality of banking services, the study tested the main hypothesis following: There is a positive relationship between strategic planning and quality of banking services.

The study followed the descriptive analytical approach to the appropriateness of the nature of the study, where the questionnaire was designed as a tool to collect data from the study population was composed of all relevant personnel to provide banking services.

One of the most important findings of the study that the strategic planning positively affect the quality of banking services.

The study recommends to the Sudanese Commercials banks to take attention to the quality when providing services.
