Abstract EN

The aim of the current study was to identify the extent to which TQM is practiced in the Yemeni pharmaceutical industries and the applicability requirements in these industries, as well as the relationship between Good Manufacturing Practice and TQM applicability requirements in these industries.

The descriptive analytical method was used in this study.

Data were collected through a questionnaire which was distributed to a sample of the study which consists of (184) employees, both males and females which was selected in a non-proportional stratified random sample of the study community of (920) employees, both males and females.

Data were processed and analyzed by using (SPSS) program.

The study has come up with the conclusion that the level of practice for good manufacturing of different dimensions was very high, and that the level of the TQM applicability requirements of different dimensions was also high.

In addition, the results revealed that there was a direct correlation between the practice of these industries for good manufacturing and the TQM applicability requirements.

The study has come up with several recommendations, foremost of which is strengthening the practice of good manufacturing by the Yemeni pharmaceutical industries and the need for serious thinking by the leaders of these industries in the application of TQM as well as strengthening the TQM applicability requirements.
