Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of total quality management application on organizational performance efficiency, and the role of organizational culture on mediating the relationship between total quality management and institutional performance efficiency, applied on sample of factories in Khartoum state.

The study used the descriptive method, and it depend on the questionnaire as a main tool for the collection of the primary data for the surveyed individuals, also the statistical package for social science (SPSS) (this is a tool what is the method you used to test and analyze data) was used in analyzing data and hypotheses testing.

The study results showed existence of positive relationship between the application of total quality management and institutional performance efficiency, and between total quality management and organizational culture, and also between organizational culture and institutional performance efficiency, and also revealed existence of partial mediation of organizational culture dimensions (values and expectations) in the relationship between total quality management and institutional performance efficiency.

And on the basis of these results a number of recommendations were provided, some are: the necessity for empowering the level of knowledge of all employees in the factories under study about the method of total quality management application and its role in upraising institutional performance efficiency, as well as being careful to develop organizational culture in these factories
