Abstract EN
This research discusses the idea that Orientalists have a good hand at exploring and finding out the roots of Arabic language, which dates back to the first millennium B.C.
The ruins, inscriptions, writings and antiquities found during their organized excavations helped them publish and categorize their findings in books, journals and precious volumes.
The oldest of their findings were the South Arabic inscriptions (e.g.
Minaeans, Sabaean, Hadramites, and Qatabanians) written in old Yemenite Musnad by the Arabs of the South.
More excavations revealed the orientalists finding inscriptions of the tribe of Thamudic, the Nabataeans, the Lihyanite and the Safaitic in the northern Arabian Peninsula.
These inscriptions were found written either in old Yemenite Musnad or in Aramic, the originator of old Nabataean Arabic.
