استخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن (BSC)‎ في تقييم الأداء : دراسة تطبيقية بفروع مصرف الجمهورية بالمنطقة الغربية

Abstract EN

The objective of this study was to identify the extent to, which the Balanced Score Card (Balanced Score Card) was used in the various dimensions (financial dimension, after customers, after internal processes, after learning and growth) in Libyan commercial banks as one of the modern methods of measuring the performance.

The study was based on a descriptive analytical methodology.

A specific questionnaire was developed and distributed to a simple random sample of (205) individual employees of the banks under study.

These were processed using the SPSS program.

The study reached a number of results.

In addition, the Department of the Banks in this study seemed to seeks and provide the best services to its employees.

It also seeks to retain motivate and especially to motivate a high-level employees.

The first time the defect is processed in a short time ,and as a result of this there will be no interest from the banks to involve customers and know their opinions in the evaluation of administrative performance.
