Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify organizational justice dimensions affect on the organizational commitment of teaching staff members in faculty of administrative sciences / Najran University.

To get results, study used Spearman's correlation factor analysis according to primary data that collected through questionnaire tool and secondary data that collected from books and scientific papers related to the subject.

The study reached that there is significant statistical correlation of following variables: Procedural Justice, Distributive Justice, and International Justice with the organizational commitment.

The more important recommendation of the study are develop of incentives system in the college to ensure fair distribution among employees in addition to establishing the principle of access to incentives for all employees
