Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة العوامل التي تؤثر على امتحان التوظيف المتبع في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الفلسطينية لاختيار المعلمين الجدد لمهنة التعليم للمرحلة الأساسية (الصف الأول الأساسي الصف الرابع الأساسي) و للمرحلة الأساسية العليا (الخامس الأساسي- العاشر الأساسي) و المرحلة الثانوية.

و ركزت هذه الدراسة على تحليل محتوى اختباري التوظيف لتخصصي الرياضيات و أساليب تدريس الرياضيات للعام (2017) حسب مستويات NAEP بالإضافة إلى تحليل الخصائص السيكو مترية لفقرات اختباري التوظيف الرياضيات وأساليب تدريس الرياضيات) وحساب معامل الثبات لكلا الاختبارين كما هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة التطابق بين محتوى كل من كتب الرياضيات المدرسية و محتوى المساقات الجامعية لتخصص الرياضيات في جامعة بيرزيت و محتوى اختبارات التوظيف.

و لفحص التطابق بين متغيرات الدراسة، اختيرت عينة عشوائية حجمها (389) متقدما، و متقدمة من مجتمع المتقدمين لاختبار توظيف الرياضيات، و(386) متقدما، و متقدمة من مجتمع المتقدمين لاختبار توظيف أساليب تدريس الرياضيات، حيث بلغ مجتمع المتقدمين لاختبار توظيف الرياضيات (932)، و اختبار توظيف أساليب تدريس الرياضيات (1570) متقدما، و متقدمة، و ذلك باستخدام فترة ثقة (0.99) و مستوى ثقة (0.01)، و تمثلت أداة الدراسة في اختباري توظيف الرياضيات و أساليب تدريس الرياضيات بنموذجيه (أ و ب) لكلا الاختبارين.

توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم تركيز اختباري التوظيف الرياضيات و(أساليب تدريس الرياضيات) على معايير المعلم الجديد، و وجود فروق بين نتائج تحصيل المتقدمين لاختبار توظيف الرياضيات في كلا النموذجين (أ) و (ب)، و وجود فروق بين نتائج تحصيل المتقدمين لاختبار أساليب الرياضيات في كلا النموذجين (أ) و (ب) حسب مستويات NAEP، بالإضافة إلى وجود تطابق بين محتوى اختباري توظيف (الرياضيات وأساليب تدريس الرياضيات ومحتوى كتب الرياضيات المدرسية.

كما توصلت الدراسة الى أن محتوى اختباري التوظيف قد ركز على بعض موضوعات الرياضيات المكونة المحتوى بعض المساقات الإجبارية الجامعية فقط، و وجود فجوة بين محتوى مساقات الرياضيات الجامعية و محتوى كتب الرياضيات المدرسية.

و قد تم تحليل الفقرات في الاختبارين الرياضيات وأساليب تدريس الرياضيات) وفق النموذج اللوجستي الثلاثي المعلمة 3PL وفق نظرية استجابة الفقرة، IRT حيث وجد أن معلمة التخمين موجودة في كل فقرة من الفقرات في اختباري التوظيف (الرياضيات و أساليب تدريس الرياضيات).

أما كل من معلمة الصعوبة والتمييز فقد كانت قيمها متفاوتة بين الفقرات.

أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تركيز الجامعات الفلسطينية على محتوى كتب الرياضيات المدرسية، وضرورة إعداد بنك أسئلة بحيث تتمتع فيه الفقرات بالخصائص السيكو مترية التي تتناسب و قدرات جميع المتقدمين، و ضرورة أن يهتم المتقدمون لاختبارات التوظيف بتنمية المهارات و الخبرات والاستعدادات التي تتناسب مع معايير المعلم الجديد.

English Abstract

The aim of this research was to study the factors that might affect the employment test in the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOHE) for the selection of new teachers for the basic education (primary, primary, fourth grade), primary (fifth elementary, tenth basic) and secondary.

This study focused on the content analyses of Mathematics and mathematics methods employment tests in year (2017) according to NAEP levels, as well as the analysis of its psychometric characteristics.

In addition, the reliability of both tests was checked and they were acceptable.

The research also aimed to study the gaps between the content of the school mathematics books and the content of the university courses for the specialization of mathematics and the content of the employment tests.

In order to examine the correspondence between the variables of the study, a random sample of (389) and (386) participants were selected from the population of applicants which was consisting of (932) mathematics applicants and (1570) mathematics teaching applicants.

To calculate an adequate, the sample size randomly the researcher used (0.01) confidence interval and (0.99) confidence level.

The study instruments were both employment tests of mathematics and mathematics methods with two equivalent forms (A and B).

Results showed that both tests were not focusing on the new teacher standards.

In addition, there were differences between the achievement of the applicants on both employment tests according to NAEP levels for each form (A, B).

In addition, there was a correspondence between the content of the employment tests (mathematics and mathematics methods) and the content of the mathematics school curriculum.

In addition, results showed that the content of the employment tests were focusing on some mathematics subjects that are related to compulsory university courses only, and there was gap between the content of university mathematics courses and the content of the school mathematics curriculum.

Both tests’ items were analyzed according to the 3 PL parameter model according to the Item Response Theory (IRTU), where the guess parameter was found in each of the employment test paragraphs (mathematics and mathematics).

Difficulty and discrimination factors were calculated and were accepted.

Recommendations of this study were that universities in Palestine should focused on the school curriculum content, and MOHE should prepare Item Bank, that all of its items have the accepted characteristics of the psychometric aptitude to all the applicants.

In addition, applicants should develop their skills and readiness to the employment test that fit to the New Teachers Standards in Palestine.
