Abstract EN

The presentation deals with the subject of steps and procedures to build psychological tests, based on the theoretical background and within a specific scientific approach, by introducing the anxiety test as sample which was built by (Gharbi, 2015).

The previously mentioned test is based on "Albert Ellis" theory, also called rational emotive behavioral theory, which in turn includes eleven (11) assumptions that form the basis for understanding of human behavior and therefore the key to direct and modify it.
