Abstract EN

Organizational Citizenship behavior has become very vital for management due to positive outcomes associated with it.

OCB improves excellence, productivity and overall business profitability.

Antecedents of OCB are a matter of inquisitiveness and research.

This study tries to unfurl the association between job satisfaction and OCB in the growing field of tourism and hospitality across north Indian cities.

A moderator variable , procedural justice, is also tested in relation to these variables.

Simple linear regression and hierarchical multiple regression are used to test the hypotheses.

The results suggest that job satisfaction significantly predicts OCB and procedural justice act as a moderator .

The outcomes are discussed and implications and learning are outlined.

Limitations of the study are discussed and direction for future research is indicated.
