The topic of this article is (the affect or the influence of grammar on the perfect language of our children) from the superimposed topics between the specialization : linguistics , psychological and the social from the influence on each other and its affect on the specimen of learning , the cause which push me to follow the reality of acquiring the fluent Arabic language and how to use its combinations correctly among children (today's young, tomorrow's men ) through the coherence of the sub- competencies to achieve the final one (competency ) which appears in the simplicity and the appropriately of language used to communicate .
