Abstract EN

The present study aims to investigate the effect of intellectual capital on organizational innovation in Faculty of Administrative Science-Najran University, KSA, during 2016.

The study used a complete census method for selecting the sample members.

The sample included all the academic staff of Faculty.

The questionnaire was distributed to (101) person.

After the analysis, the study concluded that there were significant differences between the sample responses to the intellectual capital variables.

All these differences tended to agree upon accepting that there is a significant relationship between the different study areas.

There is also a significant correlation between intellectual capital and organizational innovation, ie, a significant positive effect for all dimensions of intellectual capital (human, structural and customer) on organizational innovation.

The study reached a number of recommendations, including increasing the interest of Saudi universities in intellectual capital and developing it to achieve high levels of excellency in an academic environment characterized by dynamic and rapid change, as well as necessity of promoting and retaining the distinguished academic staff
