Study investigated the role of community centers principals within the Greenline in enhancing Arabic culture between centers crowds of local community.

The study population was consisted of all community centers employees including (264) employees, in the scholastic year (2016/2017), study sample consists of (203) community centers employees.

The questionnaire consists of (37) items distributed to five domains.

The psychometric properties of the questionnaire were verified by statistical and educational methods the study find that the role of community centers principals within the Greenline in enhancing Arabic culture between centers crowds of local community, is large, and there was statistically significant differences in the role of community centers principals within the Greenline in enhancing Arabic culture between centers crowds of local community according to gender, for the benefit of male.

And there were no statistically significant differences in the role of community centers principals within the Greenline in enhancing Arabic culture between centers crowds of local community according to academic qualification, and the years of experience The study recommended maintaining the large degrees of the role of community centers principals within the Greenline in enhancing Arabic culture between centers crowds of local community, and promote programs aimed to enhancing Arabic and positive civilizational dialogue with other cultures.
