Abstract EN

This semi-experimental case study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of using an electronic communicative website in strengthening school-parent communication right after trying it out at one of Irbid Second Directorate's schools called Ikleel AlJabal Primary School.

The descriptive nature of the study was based on building a self-administered questionnaire as an instrument to collect data and explore the perceptions of both the school staff and parents towards how effective the selfdeveloped communicative website is in maintaining school-parent interaction.

The questionnaire consisted of 23 question items distributed among three domains, including Students' Achievement, Students' Behavioral Problems, and the Formation of a School Organizational Culture The findings of the study revealed that the perceptions of both school staff and parents towards the effectiveness of the developed website in strengthening school-parent communication, scored an average level.

It was also revealed that there were no significant statistical differences in the school staff's perceptions towards the website effectiveness in reinforcing their communication with parents, which could be attributed to both occupation and academic level variables.

Furthermore, no significant differences were discovered in the parents' perceptions towards how able the website is to maintain their communication with the school staff, which could be attributed to their academic qualification.
