Abstract EN

The study aimed at determining the degree of talent management practice in Jordanian public universities from the point of view of its faculty members.

The study sample consisted of (438) teaching staff members randomly taken from the study society consisting of (5117) teaching staff members from Jordanian public universities, To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire on the practice of talent management, consisting of (30) paragraphs, and was verified the validity and stability, The study showed that the degree of practicing academic leaders at Jordanian public universities for talent management from the point of view of the faculty members was low, and for all the paragraphs.

The study also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing academic leaders for talent management due to gender variable.
