Abstract EN

In June, 2014, Iraq witnessed the biggest process of inner migration when 18000 people with the percentage of 4% out of the total Iraq population.

This is attributed to the military outbreak in the northern and western regions of Iraq after ISIS invaded and controlled over vast areas.

As a result, the inhabitants migrated in large numbers including mostly those who are minorities as in the case of Niyneva towards Kurdistan and other Iraqi provinces.

Migration is a big problem in itself, difficult to be treated with when dealing with those who migrated.

This necessitates the intrusion of the government, institution and society help to limit the danger of this unsettlement.

For this purpose, the present study is trying to answer the following: what are the migrants' problems who come from Niyneva and settled in Missan province.

The current work also seeks the recognition of their difficulties and needs.

Thus the importance of this research can be summed up in the following points: 1.

There rareness in writing about such topic where this work has a unique tendency for the practical orientation.

2.

The essential intrusion of the Iraqi government and society in solving this problem.

The main aim of this research are: -Knowing the problems and difficulties of the migrants coming from Niyneva and settled in Missan.

The researchers have found that those migrants have suffered a lot at various levels though there are considerable attempts to help them.

Finally, there are a number of recommendations and suggestions.
