The purpose of this study is to identify the reality of the practice of leadership change by the directors of the centers of educational supervision in the area of Riyadh from the point of view of the directors of the centers of educational supervision, and from the perspective of educational supervisors, and the detection of leadership practices of change by the directors of the centers of educational supervision through the dimensions of change Building teamwork, achieving effective communication, realizing the principle of partnership in change, managing change time effectively, motivating towards the goals of change).

The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for study.

The study sample included the following two categories: Directors of educational supervision centers in the Riyadh region from the 1.

academic year (14381439-), and the number of (10) managers.

Educational supervisors working in the educational supervision centers in 2.

Riyadh area (728).

In view of the large size of the second category, which is represented by educational supervisors, the researcher saw the selection of a random sample, which represents 50% of the total number of members of the study community (364).

Among the results of the study was that the practice of driving change by the directors of the centers of educational supervision in Riyadh was generally high, with the general average of the dimensions of change (1.08).

This indicates that the directors of the centers of educational supervision are ready to exercise leadership change and this is due to increased awareness of the culture of teamwork, the importance of adopting the policy of administrative stimulation, building human relations, and the importance of managing the time of change effectively revealed results that the leadership practices of change by the directors of the centers of educational supervision of Their view was high for the dimensions of change such as: the development of administrative excellence of supervisors, and the adoption of a policy of change on future needs and this is confirmed by the vision of Saudi Arabia (2030), and indicates the direction of educational supervision towards taking the dimensions of change and adoption for the Real excellence and leadership in education.

The results also revealed that the practices of leadership change by the directors of the centers of educational supervision from the point of view of educational supervisors was high in general, such as: seek justice between supervisors, and promote a culture of loyalty to the supervisors, and keen to stand on their professional needs and came out with a number of recommendations.
