Abstract EN

This article deals with discourse principles in the Arab rhetorical heritage focusing on its three main principles :litigation, politeness and ratification .That is because they are the most prominent in the rhetorical heritage through a lot of data and rhetorical mechanisms that support the existence of these principles in the above mentioned heritage From this point on, this article will shed light on these data and on the rhetorical mechanisms .As well as , it will show the way these principles were prominent in the Arab rhetorical heritage by either force or action.
