The study ains to recognize the effect of the parental maltreatment on the psychology of child, and so on his deliquancy.

A case study was conducted in a reeducation center in ainmlila (males) and in tebessa (females) inorder to reveale the types of the parental maltreatment as it is recognized by the child, and the effect of each type on the psychology of the child that leads him to the act.
