It is apparent from many other experiences in the third world that there are other factors that are no less important than the impact of the electoral system in the partisan arena.

In fact, these factors, which are mainly related to the communal conflict, in addition to the influence of the colonial phenomenon in these political organizations, Ethnic, sectarian, sectarian, tribal and tribal ideologies in the drawing of the partisan scene as a special and stand-alone model.
