Questions related to religious to judgments has recently inceased concerning new issues, which were the consequence of rising places of developments especially Mosq new issues; due to its holy status as a place of worship based exclusively on devine legilation.

Therefore, the scholar' s job should take into account two things: First taking into account the spiritual side in which the FATWA its based concerning Mosq.

Second taking into account the basis of the benefit in permission of all what benefit the Muslims، and porhibition of all what lead to corruption or theaten the holyness of Mosq.

In this dissertration i talked about exempes of new Mosq issues related to the behavior of prayer performers previously as well as nowadays.

This behavior has been divided into individual and collective since the answer differs according to these categories considering the NADAR ALKHAS "special reasoning" as the base of finding the appropriate judgment to the special case.
