The study "The descriptive framework of Fatwa as a source of information", reviewed the definitions of the fatwa, the mufti and the mufti, and inquirer the Dar al-Iftaas a long-established Islamic religious institution Then the researcher moved to, the practical aspect: in this study was entitled "interpretation and discussion tools to collect data" in order to determine the classification of the substantive, formal, qualitative, religious, and spatial and age of the Fatwa and its inquirers.
