Under the title: "The Spreading Colonialism," the Iranian professor Ahmad Haddar tries to formulate an epistemological theory to comprehend the post colonialism time, and for this purpose, he endeavored to verify the origin of colonialism as a notion and the branching concepts that have generated from it over the extent of the modern periods.
