This is an analytical descriptive reading on the problem of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers; The French environment was emphasized, where the main obstacles were exposed.

The focus of the applied study relates to the European Institute of Human Sciences in Paris as a model; in which we address the efforts to achieve efficiency in the educational process, and the most important problems that hinder the achievement of the desired results, with a vision of reform, and access to a model school that represents the desired goal for those who teach Arabic to non-Arabic speakers.
