In thisscientificpaper is going to make discussion on the Arabic Digital Contentseeing several approaches like the availability and the appearance online, and so the right and free to access it,from the point of view of the faculty members at the University of Mohammed Khaider in thestate ofAlgeria.

This study is based on the presentation of the reality of thefact of Arabic Digital Content in the Web, the paucity and scarcity of the Arabic initiatives to improve and strengthening that Arabic Digital Content,despite the volume of information available today and increasing Continuing, Different thematic intellectual production is being constantly increased.
