Abstract EN

Judge Ayyad is Abu al-Fadl ibn Musa ibn Ayaz ibn Amr ibn Musa bin Ayaz ibn Muhammad ibn Musa ibn Ayaz Al-Yahsobi.

He is of Andalusian origin, and was born in Ceuta on the second half of Sha'ban 476 AH.

He was Imam of his time in the Hadith and its sciences, grammar, language of the Arabs and their days and genealogy.

He had a great knowledge in interpretation and all its Sciences.

He was a jurist, has a great knowledge about provisions, holder of conditions, memorized the doctrine of Imam Malek.

His approach in investigating texts is as follow: 1.
