English Abstract
Endowment is considered as one of the continuous charities that are encouraged by Islam.
It is a sustainable source for financing charity.
The present study aims to highlight the role of endowment in financing charitable associations.
The paper started by defining endowment and charitable associations, their legal frame, their objectives and the existing relation between both of them.
It was concluded that charitable associations are the instrument for endowment to achieve its objectives.
