The research aims to crystallize the concept of organizational justice approach and its role in achieving job satisfaction and improving performance, according to a double field test between theory and practice, the importance of research lies in how much it contributes to providing an information base that may help in establishing frameworks for achieving functional satisfaction and improving performance in the banking system.

The data were collected by means of a questionnaire designed for the purpose of research.

The data were analyzed by statistical packages in the social sciences (SPSS).

The results resulted in acceptance of research hypotheses and the positive impression of the respondents on the approach of organizational justice.

The research concluded with several results: • It was confirmed through statistical analysis that all the correlations of the dimensions of the organizational justice approach separately with the dimensions of functional satisfaction, combined with the improvement of performance were positive and morally significant relations.

This is considered a clear indication of the reliability and reciprocity between the variables examined.

• The results of the statistical analysis showed that the Central Bank of Egypt - the subject of the research - used the approach of organizational justice within its various sectors, albeit to a limited extent.

Of course, this result shows that the bank under study realizes the importance of the approach of organizational justice as one of the modern administrative approaches in terms of: concept, role and objectives, albeit varying degrees as the content has been tested and examined statistically to reach a appropriate scientific satisfaction.

The research presented proposed recommendations that represent a future framework as follows: • To study and deepen the contents of managerial thought in relation to the approach of organizational justice and its relation to job satisfaction.

This contributes to and enhances the ability of banking institutions to achieve better performance and improve performance.

• Reconsidering the traditional methods, systems and administrative principles, and activating the principles of the system of administrative justice as an administrative method that helps banking institutions to adapt to their internal and external environment, especially in light of the challenges of the global economy.
