English Abstract

Target of this study to explained the influence of add gaur meal10% as partial replacements of soybean meal ,salinomycine ,mycofix to the diet of two lines of Ross broiler chicken on body healthy ,by measures anti body titer against ND, IBD virus by ELISSA test at (1-42) days and biochemical parameters of liver function enzyme includes; GOT ,GPT at (42)days.

The experimental contained two different lines of Ross (locally, Belgium) 300 birds .

150 birds for each line divided to five groups ,each groups include 30 birds with two replicate (15 birds ) in each replicate, fed on diet contain :Ross (locally ,Belgium):T1control (1-42)day,T2 Guar meal 10%(1-42)day.), T3- Salinomycin 500g ton (1-42) day, T4- Salinomycin 500g on& gaur meal 10% (1-42)day.

and T5- Salinomysine 500g ton &mycofix 2kg on &gaur meal10% (1-42).

in the end of study shown there were significant(p≤ 0.05) increments of anti body titer against ND, IBD virus in groups fed on guar meal 10%( T2) for two lines of Ross ( Locally, ,Belgiuam) , compared with other nourished groups.

groups treatments with salinomycine ,mycofix(T3,T4,T5) regressed lowest value of anti body titer against ND, IBD virus also there were significant (p≤0.05 ) decrements of biochemical parameters (GOT,GPT ) enzyme in groups fed guar meal 10%(2) for two lines of Ross ( Locally, ,Belgiuam) , compared with other nourished groups.

groups fed salinomycine ,mycofix(3,4,5) regressed highest value in GOT ,GPT value.

Supplement of guar meal in broiler diet at level 10% as partial replacement for soybean in two lines of Ross ( Locally and Belgium) which improved broiler health status by significantly increase of serological parameters ; anti body titter against ND , IBD virus and significantly decrease of liver enzyme GOT and GPT.

,while The supplementation of salinomycin ,mycofix in diets causes negative effect on health ,immune statue of two lines of Ross ( Locally and Belgium).
