At the conclusion of this study, which addressed the important principles of the democratic principle the principle of separation of powers between the theory and practice comparative study between the lraqi regime and the Algerian where we dealt with in the first part, the concept of principle, historical roots, significance and criticism suffered by this principle, and in the second part, we dealt with this concept in principle, the alderian constitutional order and in the third section we discussed the application of this principle in accordance with the lraqi constitution in 2005, and last but not least we have in the last section a comparison between the Algerian constitution order and the constitution of the lraqi in relation to the application of this mechanism enshrined a practical and theoretical.
