Differences between people are due to the differences about the facts of matters for which man has used all tools, ways and methods to reach them since the past and till now .Every period of time has form and meaning to all facts, arrangements and ideas which affect the individual thoughts, beliefs and practices in many social intellectual, religious and scientific fields.

Therefore, heritage was one of these facts.

There are many intellectual projects related to philosophy study's the topic of heritage on the Arabic level One of them is the projects Mohamed abed el jabiri.

While reading that project, we have focused on the main basis and star times on which el jabiri has depended in his project it was directed to steal heritage and to set an intellectual system that can be introduced in logical firm with different dimensions end significances.

In order to study this topic we introduce the following introduction: -was the study of el jabiri the beginning of a new intellectual and philosophical era about the modern Arabic and imitation? -Eljaberi has announced his refusal to the directions which appeal for regrouping.

It must be built on criticism.

Hence, modernization and authentification are two faces of one coin.

- Eljaberi urges to the liberty of man from heritage to have control over it.

This organizes heritage in our connections according to Eljaberi an its historical sequence.

- Eljaberi aims at transforming the Arabic thought from glorification to dialogue.
