This research paper tackles the problem of linguistic Identity conflict between the educated elites in Algeria and its impact on the level of language learners in the educational system, the latter was always appropriate to any identity project in order to achieve gains, and that is still nowadays wandering in the problematic search for themselves and its Identity.
