Abstract EN

This study compares the quality of working life among employees, and checks a number of factors in the quality of work among them.

The sample of employees randomly include 312 employees in the health sector of Adrar Algeria.

We adopted an approach featured in research.

A questionnaire has been used as a research tool.

Similarly, we use the "Friedman" test for medium classification, regression of coefficient to test the relationship between variables.

This study concluded that there are differences between the averages of the quality of work life, and the existence of a positive correlation between the quality of work life and organizational culture
