The issues of development and population are at the forefront in the theoretical, field studies and UN reports, because of their pivotal importance in the areas of business and politics.

These issues do not only touch the societal and individual needs directly, but also they are the indicators of any nations’ development or backwardness.

Presumably, the first concerns of population’s issues were not only prominent in the first philosophical presentations with Confucius and Plato, but also in the theoretical presentations with Iben Khaldun and Malthus and many more.

This is all to confirm the strong linkage and overlap that exist between population and development including the economical issues.
