This study aims to identify the concept of information and communication technology and its components in order to address theoretical concepts of financial performance and small and medium enterprises, and to highlight the contribution of the use of information and communication technology to improve financial performance.

The study finds a number of results.

Most importantly: a strong correlation between the independent variable of using information and communication technology and the dependent variable of financial performance
