Abstract EN

This paper seeks to study the public road, as an important social service, concerning its protection by the Islamic law against its occupation by buildings or plants, which is considered to be one of the most serious acts.

I tried to display, by using an analytical and comparative method, the Islamic doctrine opinions, accompanied by their foundations, in order to show the different aspects of the mentioned protection.
